Slip tongue under strap, pull taut and close the book

When fitted, press down firmly to expel any trapped air

Finally trim off excess material around the edges

Peel backing paper about 2cm to reveal self-adhesive PVC

Stick exposed PVC to the edge of the front page

Continue pulling and stick the remaining PVC to the back

Start creating 'tabs' by cutting off right-angle corners of the PVC

Cut small squares in four corners of the spine

Cut off the extra PVC on the spine

Step 8

Open front and back of the book and stick down PVC 'tabs'

Step 9

Press down firmly to expel any trapped air
